Nayan Vaghela, Director of Product Management of Cisco’s Contact Center Business Unit, brings more than 28 years of experience in the telephony and contact center industries to his role where he leads product strategy, solution roadmap, and product lifecycle management across Cisco’s on-premises and cloud contact center platforms. Nayan has worked on the product management team for Cisco Contact Center for over 10 years. Prior to joining Cisco, Nayan led a pre-sales team focused on unified communications and call center solutions for Avaya GlobalConnect in India.

Nayan holds a master’s degree in Business Administration in marketing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat University, India.
