XevIT builds collaboration solutions focused on the customer’s business needs, bringing cloud offerings to all verticals and remote video expert solutions for the mid-market. They thoughtfully leveraged Webex trials to allow potential customers to experience the power of seamless, inclusive collaboration via Webex’s enhanced platform and flexible plans. As a result, XevIT’s Cisco collaboration practice saw an impressive 45% growth over the past year.
Telecommunication service provider KDDI is leading collaboration innovation in Japan. Their groundbreaking work linking Webex Calling and KDDI Business Call Direct has enhanced voice environments, allowing customer to harness the power of cloud based calling services to respond to today’s demanding, ever-evolving business needs and workstyles. The value they are delivering to their customer base generated 270% growth in the last year alone.
The Rising Star Award recognizes partners who have demonstrated standout performance in their respective regions, displaying remarkable growth in embracing and championing cutting-edge collaboration technology.
Aspire Technology Partners, a professional technology services firm, is gaining momentum in the Americas. Their investments in Advanced Customer Experience and advanced IoT specializations, combined with collaboration initiatives focused on remote and hybrid work, have generated tremendous success in the state, local, and education IoT and healthcare verticals. One of Cisco’s top collaboration partners in the SLED space, Aspire has discovered innovative healthcare use cases and also secured key collaboration wins to serve state agencies and education institutions.
One of our major system integrators in EMEAR, Space Hellas continuously wows with their knowledge of the latest Cisco technologies. They develop innovative and fully integrated turnkey solutions focused on collaboration, video analytics, and web intelligence. Their success with digital transformation of enterprise business in the financial and public sectors has enabled them to serve many new customers and generated impressive growth in their Cisco collaboration business.
NexGen is a high performing partner in the SMB market. A leading hardware integration specialist with an efficient end-to-end operational structure, NexGen is having tremendous success in delivering voice services at scale complimented by MPP phone and heads sets. Their passionate and engaged sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences has forged a tight partnership with the Cisco team which is sure drive continued success in the SMB market and beyond.
In a world where hybrid work is fast becoming the new normal, we’re consistently inspired by those working to unlock new potential and create great collaboration experiences. The Webex Hybrid Work Innovation Award recognizes a partner that excels in supporting great customer outcomes and powering hybrid work, leveraging Webex solutions.
WWT takes the prize this year, standing out as a market leader in helping customers through their hybrid work journey. They offer a wealth of articles, videos, demos, labs, and integrations through their Advanced Technology Center and other online channels. A global systems integrator, WWT also leads by example. They blend their in-person staff and remote colleagues into a seamless workforce, all while providing cutting-edge safety and social distancing capabilities. The Webex Managed Services Award recognizes a service provider partner for delivering exceptional Webex services.
This year’s winner is Lumen, a multinational technology company that has shown extensive commitment and alignment with Webex. They focus on empowering teams to provide inclusive collaboration and excellent customer experiences through cloud calling, meetings, and contact center solutions. Lumen has also displayed incredible dedication to Cisco’s full product portfolio to deliver truly differentiated offerings with market-leading SD WAN (Meraki), security, and AppDynamics.
The Webex Cloud Calling Award recognizes a partner that has seen significant success with Webex Calling over the past fiscal year.
NTT Americas was the clear winner this year. A leading, global technology services company, NTT offers a complete range of services that complement Cisco’s cloud calling platforms, including global PSTN. They achieved rapid growth, seeing an impressive 437% lift for their cloud calling business. We are excited to see our partnership continue to flourish.
The Webex Customer Experience Award recognizes a partner that has achieved success helping customers deliver best in class customer experiences with Cisco Contact Center solutions.
This year’s winner, Servion APJC, leads through innovation, integration, and collaboration with many of our solutions and partners. For more than 25 years, Servion has been trusted by customer-centric brands for designing, building, running, and optimizing contact centers and customer experience solutions. Their unique capabilities related to customer application integrations help us meet new customer needs and further excel in the contact center space. Servion continues to invest in certifications and leverages our programs to increase their success and customer satisfaction.
