New innovations unveiled for Webex Contact Center and CPaaS

New innovations Vice President and General Manager of Webex Growth Business Unit Omar Tawakol and Webex Customer Experience Product Marketing Lead Courtenay Godshall shared the latest integrations of new digital channels, Webex Connect (previously imiconnect) and Webex App into Webex Contact Center. Webex Marketing Senior Solutions Manager Miriam Melo and Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Product for imimobile Sudarshan Dharmapuri were next up and took center stage to show how easy it is to create tailored customer interactions with CPaaS. They also announced the new developer sandbox and the Webex video capabilities that will soon be available to developers.
